About Snapdocs
The Problem
The Solution
We decided to build a closed ledger, aka an eVault, to create trust-less ownership, authenticity, and increased security for maintaining promissory notes digitally.

At the time, there were only 3 others eVaults in existence. This lead to a number of juicy design challenges, which lead to a very specific approach to design
What's an eVault?
The Results
Using a lean UX approach, we were able to launch within the 1 year deadline and quickly acquired 8 customers in 1 year.

eVault is also now one of Snapdocs most popular tools in their mortgage suite.

Problem
As a user, there are many scenarios I must track and audit for my eNote in order to meet compliance with MERS.

HMW provide them with the right scenarios and information so they be the best at doing their job?
Solution
Working with the PM, we brainstormed an MVP where the user can download CSV to report any findings to MERS or clients.
